This temporary role requires someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support the online recruitment process, ensuring smooth candidate management.
  • Manage and maintain the online learning system, assisting employees with access and queries.
  • Generate regular HR reports using Business Objects and iTrent reporting systems.
  • Coordinate and set up training courses, handling logistics and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, including equality, diversity, and employment best practices.
Candidate Requirements –
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a related role.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of equality, diversity, and HR employment considerations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR systems such as iTrent and Business Objects is desirable.
