This is a customer facing role working with the field sales team to advise clients on products and provide solutions. We want someone with a technical mindset & background who is able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
This Technical Support Consultant jobs working environment, opportunities and rewards:
- Starting salary of 35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience

TheTechnical Support Consultantjob will involve:
- Provide product consultancy and support to internal stakeholders and customers in choosing the correct solution based on their requirements
- Provide product implementation support to customers and colleagues
- Analyze customer requirements, demonstrate products and solutions, and provide technical insight at a level that is appropriate for the audience
- Become a subject matter expert (we will provide full training on our products)
- Assist customers with software integration of their products
ThisTechnical Support Consultantjob will suit:
- Someone with previous experience within software integration, payment solutions or POS.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical points to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Good analytical skills to help determine the correct solutions to customer queries
- Strong team player
