Do you have experience in managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Specialist to join our team between. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operations of this contract.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00 to 22:30 ( weekends availability required)


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all parcels are sorted and scanned efficiently using a warehouse management software, and trailers are loaded FIFO within the dedicated time slots.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment and work closely with the H&S manager.

Ability and confidence to hold inductions and daily briefs.

Lead, motivate and offer development for the workforce.

Identify and proactively address challenges, seeking opportunities to improve processes and create strategic plans to achieve mutual benefits.

Track and monitor key performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and ensure contracts meet financial and operational targets.

Use feedback to drive innovation and enhance operations, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Stock count

Compiling rotas to ensure capacity meets the demand of the forecasted volume whilst being cost effective for the business.

Ensure the team are fully trained and competent with their required tasks. Accountability, communication, and data is key through out to be able to report back to our clients.


Required skills and experience:


Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

Outstanding communication skills

Capable of prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.

Experience in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting to ensure contract success and operational efficiencies.

Strong organisational skills

Clear understanding of workplace health and safety

Full Uk driving licence and willingness for travel as part of this role.
