Accept Recruitment is currently looking for skilled and reliable VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Drivers to join our client’s team in Coalville, LE67.

This position offers consistent weekday work in a professional and well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate VNA forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and stack goods in designated areas.
• Carry out accurate stock movements and ensure correct placement within the warehouse.
• Support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and general tasks, as needed.
• Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure safe operation of machinery.
• Adhere to all company policies and health & safety guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid VNA forklift license is essential for this role (client is open to considering expired licenses and in-house certifications on an individual basis, depending on experience and suitability.)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Flexibility to support additional tasks as required.
