The Agency is recruiting exclusively on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Coalville on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves a challenge, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you’re someone who questions the norm, drives improvements, and knows how to motivate a team, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Running daily team briefings and setting objectives.
• Scheduling and booking in production work.
• Overseeing Health & Safety compliance keeping your team safe.
• Working closely with sales, office, dispatch, and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Managing your section and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
