iMultiply are supporting a growing business in their search for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role

The Part-Qualified Management Accountant will play a key role in the finance team, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to the production of accurate financial information. This position offers exposure to operational and commercial finance, with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility over time.

As a Management Accountant, you will be required, but not restricted, to the following tasks:

  • Full month-end close and post-month analysis.
  • Preparation of management accounts in line with reporting deadlines.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Forecasting, VAT returns, and audit preparation.
  • Supporting statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insights.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive finance professional with experience in management accounting. You will have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging stakeholders. A background in month-end processes and financial analysis is essential.

  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA preferred).
  • 1-2 years of management accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to engage with non-financial teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment (5 days per week).
