Description

The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:

Oversee the monthly consolidation process for 17 statutory entities and compile month-end reporting packs.
Support year-end audits and prepare statutory accounts.
Analyse Group overhead expenditure, monitor budgets, and report to the Executive team.
Manage cash flow forecasting, intercompany transactions, and VAT submissions.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and process supplier payments.
Participate in ad-hoc projects to support business development and improvement.

Profile

A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:

Professional qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
