Document Administrator

Job Overview:

The role involves prepping & scanning, (full training with another operator will take place) as well as scanning you will be booking in the files and filling.

Prepare documents for scanning, ensuring they are properly aligned and organised.
Operate scanning equipment and software to convert paper documents into electronic files.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of scanned documents.
Organise and label scanned files according to established protocols.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient workfare and meet project deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scanning of all prepped documents, which may include document sorting, counting, and page separation. Expectation: all assigned scanning is to be processed efficiently and accurately to ensure minimal rescans.

• Adherence to scanning instructions. Expectation: as outlined in the instructions provided.

• Scanner maintenance and cleaning. Expectation: clean and maintain scanner on a regular basis as outlined in the scanning procedures manual.

• Leave work area clean and neat at the end of every day. Expectation: work area is consistently clean and organised.
