SRG are delighted to be working with a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in North Lanarkshire who are looking to add an electrical maintenance engineer to their expanding team.

The company design and manufacture parts for the aerospace and defence sectors and are undergoing a sustained period of growth.

The Role

As an electrical maintenance engineer your primary responsibility will be to ensure the maintenance of production machinery & equipment, carrying out fault finding & repair tasks on a wide variety of equipment, primarily electrical. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure down-time is kept to an absolute minimum on the company's high volume production facility.

This role operates on an early/back rotational shift pattern working either 06.00 - 14.00 or 14.00-22.00 Mon-Thu with a half day on a Friday

The Right Candidate

  • Has completed 18th Edition Wiring Regulation Course
  • Demonstrable experience in fault finding and equipment repair
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in an electrically focussed position
