Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking an Administrator on behalf of a well established Facilities Management company on a 3 months temporary contract to extend.

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the onsite and offsite teams and managers. Some other duties include;

  • Raising subcontractor and supplier purchase orders in a timely manner and ensuring that purchase orders are updated when changes are required.

  • To work with external labour to ensure pre planned maintenance and reactives are being assigned to the correct sub contractors, and that they have attended and completed the tasks in time.

  • To raise purchase orders to give instructions to the sub contractors and ensure these have been invoiced.

  • Upload paperwork to evidence we are compliant.

  • Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.

  • Raising quotes onto in house systems and following through process / requirement to the completion of the works.

  • Daily review and process supplier invoices

  • Ensuring systems both internally and externally are updated with the correct information and documentation Maintain people records for holiday, sickness and expenses, etc

To be considered for the Administrator role you must have the following skills and experience

  • Intermediary experience in MS packages

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise a varied and demanding workload

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Accuracy with figures

  • SAP experience would be beneficial
