Salary: Starting at 28k DOE
Job Description:
We are seeking an organised and efficient Administrator with experience using Sage and a background in the construction industry.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Coatbridge, offering a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing financial data and records using Sage software
- Assisting with construction-related administrative tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and reporting
- Coordinating communication between teams, clients, and suppliers
- Supporting project management teams with general administrative duties
- Handling office correspondence and maintaining organised filing systems
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Sage software
- Experience within the construction industry is an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
