CS Construction Staffing are currently working with a leading structural steel fabrication company based in Coatbridge working to the highest standards achievable across multiple sectors.

Our client is looking to expand their setup with additional hires of Welder / Fabricators.

  • This is a Temporary to Permanent position over 13 weeks
  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 Hours per week
  • Salary: £14 to £18 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to carry out welding tasks to the highest standards.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and quality requirements.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven welding experience within the industry.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
