Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of business tax clients, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines
  • Providing tailored advice on business structures, succession planning, remuneration strategies, and tax compliance
  • Assisting corporates with staff incentivisation, international growth, and leveraging intellectual property
  • Advising on key areas such as Business Asset Disposal Relief, Business Property Relief, and corporate tax reliefs
  • Reviewing and advising on capital expenditure and Business Property Relief
  • Mentoring and training junior staff members within the tax team
  • Identifying tax planning opportunities and cross-selling services across the firm’s various departments

Candidate Requirements
  • Recently qualified or established Tax Senior with corporate tax experience
  • Strong knowledge of tax issues affecting owner-managed businesses
