Business Analyst

Leatherhead (Hybrid)

Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to provide insights and analysis of operational data to support decision-making and improve efficiency for our client based in Leatherhead.

Key Deliverables

Produce reports to impact key measures (e.g., reduce agency spend, increase retention and occupancy, manage budgets)
Analyse processes and systems for efficiency
Communicate with stakeholders for effective implementation
Drive continuous improvement through innovative solutions

Key Accountabilities

Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities
Simplify data visibility with Data Analysts
Prepare and present reports and key metrics
Monitor portfolio performance against budgets
Suggest and implement process improvements
Create business requirement documents

Person Specification

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Experience in an operational, analytical role, ideally in Health and Social Care
