Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to provide insights and analysis of operational data to support decision-making and improve efficiency for our client based in Leatherhead.

Key Deliverables

  • Produce reports to impact key measures (e.g., reduce agency spend, increase retention and occupancy, manage budgets)
  • Analyse processes and systems for efficiency
  • Communicate with stakeholders for effective implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovative solutions

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Simplify data visibility with Data Analysts
  • Prepare and present reports and key metrics
  • Monitor portfolio performance against budgets
