About the Role:

As a Aftersales Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in leading the collection, analysis, and presentation of critical data that directly impacts Hyundai’s business performance. You’ll be the go-to expert for generating insights that fuel strategic initiatives, influencing decisions across the short, medium, and long term.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and streamlining reporting processes, making meaningful recommendations, and presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Prepare and guide the execution of current and future parts and service trading strategies to drive business growth.
  • Performance Analytics: Oversee business planning, performance measurement, and critical decision-making across multiple timelines (1-5+ years).
  • Senior-Level Presentations: Present findings and insights to senior management within Customer Service and the wider Hyundai business.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop and refine a reporting suite that drives continuous improvements and business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, including electrification, and assess their impact on the Aftersales business model.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Manage and collaborate with key data and information suppliers like Qlik Sense, Marque Group Solutions, and IHS Markit.
  • Data Warehouse Management: Leverage the Qlik Sense system to develop sophisticated reporting tools that offer actionable insights into performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Design and manage a comprehensive market intelligence program, keeping Hyundai at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality executive summaries and presentations, often under tight deadlines, for Hyundai UK leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Network Performance: Manage annual performance and bonus programs for retailers, providing insights that help boost their success.
  • Business Case Development: Build compelling business cases that support investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.

  • Graduate calibre with a numerical, marketing or business specialisation
  • Highly numerate, with advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills at all levels from inception to completion
  • 2 years+ experience in a pricing or a market analysis role in automotive or industrial
  • products preferable
  • Commercially aware, with budget management and an understanding of accounting
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an able communicator and confident presenter to all levels of management, retailers, customers and partners
  • Motivated, well organised, accurate and a good team player
  • Works with accuracy and attention to detail to tight deadlines under pressure
