An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Cobham as a Property Coordinator on a 9-12-month fixed term contract. Please note that this is a part time role, 15 hours per week, Monday's, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays 10AM - 3PM. Salary is up to 11,142 (26K full time equivalent)

As the Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • General customer service, being the first point of contact for owners and tenants
  • Regular checks including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
  • Helping with the move in process
  • Organising events and activities for customers
  • Building strong relationships with homeowners and their families.

The successful Property Coordinator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Professional and highly organised
  • Proactive approach and great attitude
  • In-person customer service experience
  • Experience of facilities / property with a knowledge of Health & Safety will be an advantage
