    New Build Customer Service Coordinator - temp to perm!

What would I be doing? As new homes customer service coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the communication between home owners post move in and working with them throughout their 2 year warranty and defect period.

Having a keen eye of detail and natural people skills is paramount, as well as being an organisational wizard!

Working for a notable housing developer, you will be exposed to the world of development and construction. Depending on where you want your career to take you, progression into aftercare, project management or people management, this is a good place to start.

What's needed?

  • Strong admin and IT skills.
  • Ability to work at pace, and manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent telephone manner and communcation skills
  • Exposure to New Homes and customer service in some capacity; ideally our client wants someone who has worked in this role previously or you could be in property management and seeking change, or an estate agent wanting their weekends back!
