About the Role

My Digital Marketing sector client are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and award-winning digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with CEOs, CMOs, and Marketing Directors across multiple industries, helping them achieve success through tailored digital marketing solutions.

This is a hybrid role based in Leatherhead, requiring two days in the office (Wednesday & Thursday) and the rest remote.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and meet revenue targets.? Engage with key decision-makers to present high-impact digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, etc.).? Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.? Collaborate with the marketing & delivery teams to optimize lead generation and strategy execution.? Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage sales pipelines and nurture leads effectively.? Attend industry events and leverage social selling to expand your professional network.

What We're Looking For:

?? Proven experience in B2B sales & business development, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or related fields.?? Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.?? Expertise in HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools.?? A track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving new business growth.?? Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
