Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sales? Our client based in Leatherhead is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors at the showroom, answer incoming phone calls, and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Coordinate and schedule customer, survey, and quotation appointments and meetings.
  • Support new product growth and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with office management tasks.
  • Generate leads for prospective clients and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Manage and update the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and assist the operations manager with after-sales support.
  • Maintain the tidiness and organization of the warehouse and stock.
  • Support social media content creation, website updates, and brand development.
  • Identify industry trends and suggest improvements to business operations.
  • Adhere to the companys’ policies, procedures, and Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • GCSE in English and Mathematics.
  • Relevant experience working at a similar level.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
