Job Specification:
- Adding and logging paperwork to the internal software system.
- Administration relating to on-going client projects
- Managing schedules, planning and prioritising
- Compiling spreadsheets to record different data sets and records.
- Adding invoices to the system
- Booking hotel rooms and making reservations
- Ensuring project records are added to the company's system and fully up to date.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the relevant department.
- Assisting with online marketing and social media updates.
Person specification:
- Must be a car driver
- Good organisation skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone with an excellent telephone manner
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
- Pro-active attitude
- Fast learner
