Purpose:Provide excellent customer service across internal, external, UK, and overseas clients. Ensure timely processing of orders, stock, and customer queries, while supporting other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:• Answer inbound calls and manage customer enquiries• Set up and maintain customer records and price lists• Process sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documentation• Manage loan sets, consignment stock, and returned goods inspections• Perform stock transactions, cycle counts, and works order processing• Support tender submissions and general office duties

Skills and Attributes:Team player with strong attention to detailOrganised, quick learner, good telephone mannerExperience (Desirable):Customer service, stock/warehouse experienceKnowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and database systems
