In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure you are building a strong team that aligns with the company values and culture. From managing the end-to-end recruitment process to handling all HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various role
    • Manage job postings across multiple platforms
    • Coordinate the interview process
    • Extend offers with selected candidates
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • HR Support:
    • Producing staff contracts
    • Assist in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies
    • Coordinate employee benefits administration
    • Support with staff performance management
    • Assist with training and development initiatives.
    • Help maintain compliance with labour laws and regulations
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally also HR
  • Charismatic, energetic, and approachable
  • A natural communicator with a knack for building relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
