Job Description:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to achieve the company’s commercial goals.
- Lead a small team of Project Managers, alongside a pool of contract staff.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of diverse events for international clients, coordinating with overseas event agencies.

- Contribute to the strategic direction and planning of the business.
- Support marketing initiatives and product development efforts.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to client briefs.
- Manage event budgets and financials.
- Assist in improving conversion rates and maximizing margins.
- Maintain strong relationships and manage accounts with regular agency partners and clients.
- Take full responsibility for the smooth execution of multiple projects.
- Research, negotiate availability, and manage pricing for hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Working Documents.
- Handle client requests and create detailed proposals.
- Foster and manage supplier relationships.
- Uphold and represent company policies and requirements.
- Address delegate, client, and consumer queries and needs.
- Coordinate on-site event activities, managing suppliers and staff effectively during events.
Person Specification:
- Minimum of A level education with 8 years of professional experience or a degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Dropbox, and Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with London’s hotels and event venues is considered a plus.
- Strong management abilities.
