Finance Analyst

Leatherhead

Salary: 35k - 40k

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Hybrid working: 3 days office & 2 days from home

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a role that blends analytical insight, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the efficiency and integrity of our processes while supporting the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough credit checks on clients to assess financial stability and ensure compliance with credit policies.
  • Aggregate and standardize data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view for analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to internal processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement where necessary.

About you:

  • Proficiency in excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy in all processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and liaising with stakeholders.
