Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, including SMEs, groups, and not-for-profit organizations.
- Audit Assignments: Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Risk Assessment: Identify high-level risks within businesses during the audit process and provide valuable insights.
- Financial Statements: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP, FRS 102, and IFRS.
- Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and support a team of qualified auditors and active studiers, ensuring their professional development and performance.
- Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong track record in post-qualification roles.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in auditing and financial statement preparation, particularly in a senior capacity.
- Leadership: Passionate about developing and supervising audit teams.
- Technical Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and IFRS, alongside familiarity with modern audit technologies and regulations.
