International Tax Specialist

  • Annual Salary: £50,000- £80,000/ Competitive (Market Rates)
  • Location: Leatherhead & London, UK (Hybrid working, two days in the office and 3 from home)
  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Hours: 37.5 hours

We are seeking an International Tax Specialist for a global IT company. This new role is designed to manage and oversee tax operations across multiple regions including the UK, Europe, Singapore, USA, and the Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international tax affairs and be adept at both UK domestic tax filings and international tax submissions.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee and manage tax requirements for the company across various international regions.
  • Support UK domestic tax filings and ensure timely submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve international tax queries efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize tax processes and ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on tax matters to senior management and propose solutions to complex tax issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in handling tax for multiple international regions (UK, Europe, Singapore, USA, Middle East and Africa).
  • Strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex tax concepts to non-experts.
