About the Role:

As FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. You will provide insights and analysis to support decision-making at the highest level, driving both growth and efficiency. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports and performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario analysis and long-term planning.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including business cases, investment appraisals, and M&A activity as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools.

About You:

You must be a commercially astute and proactive finance professional with strong analytical skills and have a collaborative approach.

Essential Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a solid post-qualification track record in FP&A or a related role.
  • Experience in a large, complex organisation, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
