Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of business tax clients, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines
  • Providing tailored advice on business structures, succession planning, remuneration strategies, and tax compliance
  • Assisting corporates with staff incentivisation, international growth, and leveraging intellectual property
  • Advising on key areas such as Business Asset Disposal Relief, Business Property Relief, and corporate tax reliefs
  • Reviewing and advising on capital expenditure and Business Property Relief
  • Mentoring and training junior staff members within the tax team
  • Identifying tax planning opportunities and cross-selling services across the firm’s various departments

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with a minimum of one year’s post-qualified experience in a tax-related role
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and advisory services
  • Experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients, including owner-managed businesses and large groups
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior staff, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong organisational skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in business development and identifying new opportunities
