About the Role:
Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner ready to nurture young learners and help them thrive? Long Term Futures is delighted to partner with a welcoming primary school in Stoke D'Abernon, Cobham (KT11), seeking a dedicated individual to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.

This role requires Level 3 Childcare or equivalent and offers flexible hours with shift patterns between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Provide tailored care and support to children, fostering their physical, emotional, and social development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Support children with additional needs, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and staff
  • Ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards are upheld at all times
  • Adapt to shift patterns and demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of the school and children

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (essential)
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally within a primary school or nursery environment
  • A positive and proactive approach to working with young children and supporting their development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff, children, and parents
  • Flexibility and reliability to accommodate shift patterns from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm NO weekends.
