As a Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser, you will manage a dynamic portfolio, securing six-figure donations and helping companies achieve their goals. Using networking, digital strategies, and strong stewardship, you will exceed fundraising targets while working collaboratively in a tech-driven, high-performance team.

Job specification:

  • Collaborate to create and execute fundraising and engagement plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and existing contacts.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional account management.
  • Use strong negotiation skills to highlight the benefits of partnering with our client.
  • Conduct outreach to warm leads and generate new prospects.
  • Work with the Engagement team to prepare and present winning proposals.
  • Provide excellent stewardship to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
  • Develop project plans with clear milestones and resource requirements.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential supporters.
  • Create marketing materials to inspire and inform supporters.

Person specification:

  • Experience in fundraising with businesses and managing prospects.
  • Proven track record in securing new business and effective supporter stewardship.
  • Skilled in account management and relationship building.
  • Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone.
  • Experienced presenter with strong pitching and negotiation skills.
  • Outgoing, empathetic, and persuasive with a talent for building relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, works efficiently within standards and deadlines.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to pressure and change.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of customer care principles.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and data management
