Onboarding Coordinator

£13-15.00 p/hour

Full Time / Remote based (but 1-2 days in first week in office for training)

1-2 times a month team catch up meetings in Leatherhead

Free parking onsite for office days

Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm

Pension after qualifying periodAre you free for an ongoing temporary assignment, current budget through until end of 2025, but keeping options open for a further extension with new year budget sign-off.?You'll be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Manager, allowing them to free up the administration tasks, and concentrate on volume recruitment and projects.Duties will include:

  • Managing the onboarding processes and procedures
  • Contacting and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Organising and confirming ID checks
  • Keeping the recruitment tracker updated with activities/progress
  • Updating colleagues and managers with activities
  • Liaising with IT for first day details/arrangements
