JC195 - Repairs AdministratorLocation – LeatherheadSalary – £CompetitiveOverview:First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Repairs Administrator to join their team in Leatherhead.My client is a property maintenance and installation organisation, the Mechanical arm specialises in the servicing, repair and installation of gas central heating and hot water services to local authority and Housing Association landlords.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Repairs Admin duties.
  • Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls.
  • Resolve any customer queries and problems that come through.
  • Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and filed-based personnel
  • Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the department heads.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Administrator experience is preferred.
  • Experience of working in a multi-sited company.
  • Experience of high volume, high pressure environments. 
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
