Our client, a growing window and door specialist based in Leatherhead, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with experience in the home improvements or fenestration industry, particularly with aluminium and UPVC products.

Working within a showroom environment, the successful candidate will play a key role in order processing, customer service, and supporting the installation team, helping to drive efficiency and excellent client service.

Sales Administrator - Benefits:

Sales Administrator - Role Overview:

  • Assist with managing the installation team to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Welcome and guide customers around the showroom when required
  • Produce accurate quotes and provide pricing details to clients
  • Liaise with clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • Handle order processing and sales administration
  • Carry out general office administration tasks to support business operations

Sales Administrator - Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an order processing, sales, or office administration role
  • Knowledge of the fenestration industry, including aluminium and UPVC products
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • IT literate, with the ability to use relevant software and systems efficiently
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
