Senior Sales Administrator - Chessington

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of an internationally recognised organisation based in Chessington for a Senior Sales Administrator to join their busy team. We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience dealing with shipping/exports, that are able to deal with escalated issues as the senior member of the team. You will be working alongside the manager of the department and covering in her absence, so the ability to support the team is vital.

Duties:

  • Dealing with shipping of goods for customer overseas and in UK, producing correct paperwork and documentation
  • Liaising with overseas suppliers, shipping agents, customers etc. regularly
  • Processing sales orders and issuing quotations
  • Liaising with suppliers, hauliers and any other third parties as necessary
  • Miscellaneous tasks such as.. Reporting, forecasting, quoting & stock checking

To be successful you'll possess:

  • Over 5 years’ experience within a sales support/logistics or shipping role
  • Experience dealing with international shipping
  • Confident in using ERP systems & Microsoft Office
