This role involves providing strategic and operational HR support to branches across Europe, aligning with the Regional Headquarters' guidance for HR Management. The successful candidate will proactively guide local HRs to ensure compliance with local employment law, company policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage HR matters across all European branches, especially in Poland and Hungary
- Provide guidance and support to branch HRs to align with Regional Headquarters' HR Management guidelines
- Ensure compliance with local employment law, company policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with local HRs and managers to ensure effective communication and coordination of various HR activities
- Stay current with changes to UK employment law and understand their implications for the business
- Proactively support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Identify development needs and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Monitor the training progress of each business unit, including all branches
- Where possible, source training providers, ensuring the most appropriate course is selected and negotiated at the best price

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Management field preferred
- Professional qualification from an accredited Chartered Institute such as the CIPD preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and legislations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, and with individuals where English is not their first language
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Experience working in a busy HR environment
- High levels of resilience and assertiveness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the HR management field
- Workday user preferred or other HRIS system experience advantageous
- Experience in IT/blue-chip companies beneficial
37.5 hours per week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
