This fantastic company in Leatherhead is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their oganisation. This is a stand alone role and you will be responsible for overseeing a range of functions, including learning and development, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role will also support the company’s quality systems, ensuring compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Spearhead learning and development initiatives across the organization to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and growth opportunities, including training on quality standards
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that align with both HR and quality management requirements.
- Collaborate with external agencies and assess candidate applications. Conduct interviews and assist team leaders in the selection process.
- Ensure compliance with hiring procedures and maintain candidate records.
- Employee Relations and Culture Enhancement:
- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.
- Oversee the organization's training programs
- Monitor and track personal development plans for employees.
- Support the training and development lifecycle

Essential:
Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating knowledge of recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Prociency in HR software and tools.
Passion for fostering a learning culture and improving employee well-being.
Desirable:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related ?eld (preferred). Experience with personal development systems is desirable.
