Rate: 500 per day (Umbrella)
IR35 Status: Inside

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee and manage construction activities on a major infrastructure project at M25 Junction 10. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of works in line with project specifications, programme requirements, and budget constraints.

• Oversee the daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless communication and progress reporting.
• Maintain accurate site records, including method statements, risk assessments, and permits.
• Liaise with the client, local authorities, and stakeholders as required.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth site operations.
• Support the commercial team in managing costs and variations.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Agent in highways or major infrastructure projects.
• Qualifications: CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification required.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations, and contract management.
• Communication: Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
