The Project Coordinator's main objective is to assist the Client's Training and Development department. You will form and sustain relationships with retailer staff and report on the team's progress.

Job specification:

  • Contacting retailers: maintaining a daily call log, identifying key personnel, and conveying client requirements.
  • Sharing data from reports to identify enrolment gaps and new training implementations.
  • Requesting bookings and in-person training sessions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on learning pathway progress.
  • Coordinating with PM for booking trainers and venues.
  • Addressing queries related to the LMS system.

Person specification:

  • Experience in relevant coordinator role.
  • Competent in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Connect, MS Teams, Zoom and VCT.
  • Ability to schedule, coordinate and plan.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Customer service.
