QS / Estimator required ASAP for Civil Engineering / Groundworks contractor in Surrey
I have an urgent requirement for one of my clients, a specialist contractor within Civil Engineering, specifically groundworks, roads, drainage etc.
The client is looking for a candidate from a Quantity Surveying and / or Estimating background, as there are aspects of Pre-Con Estimating as well as Post-Contract QSing across a range of tenders / projects from £1m to £5m.
You'll ideally come from a Civil Engineering background, preferably having worked for a subcontractor, although main contracting background with experience working on Civil Engineering subcontractor packages will also be considered.
Their clients are generally residential developers within Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
The role is office-based and visiting sites as appropriate.
This position is available on a freelance, temp-to-perm or permanent basis.
