Our client, a leading and award-winning chartered accountancy, is seeking an experienced Clients Payroll Specialist to join their team.
The role involves incorporating payroll changes, preparing UK payrolls, providing payslips, and responding to client queries.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience processing client payroll within a bureau of accountancy environment.
Additional responsibilities include monthly pension administration and communication with HMRC while maintaining high service standards.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Incorporating payroll changes that have been notified by agreed cut-off dates
Preparing client UK payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Providing security payslips for each employee
Respond to client queries
Monthly pension administration
Handling client queries
Communicating with HMRC, while maintaining high service standards.

A minimum of 3 years' experience processing clients payroll within a bureau of accountancy environment is essential
