About the Role:We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing team for a 12-month contract covering parental leave. The role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established, family-owned business in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for over 4,000 employees

  • Managing timesheets, benefit queries, and liaising with HR
  • Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with deadlines
  • Performing manual payroll calculations with a high level of attention to detail
  • Top of Form

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in high-volume payroll processing
  • Proficiency in manual payroll calculations and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with payroll systems, particularly iTrent, is essential
