The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance and financial performance of a diverse commercial property portfolio. This role involves managing tenant relationships, ensuring property maintenance, and optimising financial performance while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

We are looking for someone who has worked as a Commercial Property Manager

  • Ensure the upkeep, maintenance, and safety of all commercial properties through effective management of vendor and service provider contracts
  • Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs
  • Conduct periodic property inspections and provide detailed reports
  • Oversee tenant improvements and modifications
  • Coordinate maintenance repairs, ensuring satisfactory completion of works while liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients, and tenant
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and managing complaints with prompt resolution
  • Conduct tenant screening and onboarding processes
  • Manage tenant communications and maintain professional relationships
  • Handle day-to-day tenant enquiries effectively
