About the Role:

As a Senior Lister, you will be responsible for securing new instructions and driving business growth while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role in valuing and listing high-quality properties, offering tailored marketing strategies, and maintaining their high reputation as a premier estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market appraisals with confidence and accuracy, securing high-value instructions.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract premium clients.
  • Maintain exceptional industry knowledge and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand’s premium reputation.
  • Work closely with the wider team to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a lister role, ideally within the mid to upper end of the market.
  • Polished, professional, and highly presentable with excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and forward-thinking, able to bring fresh ideas to marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing instructions and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • A team player with a proactive and ambitious approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
