Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, competent and committed team member to join their busy accounts department, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of tasks to a high level of accuracy.

Short Benefits:

Job specification:

  • Preparing and distributing annual declarations
  • Daily processing and reconciliation of bank statements
  • Handling invoice processing
  • Collaborating on the preparation and issuance of budget documents
  • Conducting monthly reviews of ground rents for a major client
  • Issuing postal service charge accounts
  • Performing various specific tasks for multiple clients as directed
  • Reviewing weekly management fee credit reports
  • Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
  • Preparing and reconciling year-end financial reports
  • Assisting with a large ground rent and insurance portfolio
  • Helping with the issuance of account notices
  • Providing cover for arranging bank payments

Person specification:

  • Experience working in a block management company (Preferred)
  • Comprehensive accounts and administration experience (Essential)
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and finance systems (Essential)
  • Familiarity with property management operating systems (Preferred)
