Accounts Assistant (Hybrid)

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for an established business in Reigate. The Accounts Assistant will be working on a hybrid basis, supporting the Finance team with everyday transactional accounting such as; accounts payable, supplier invoicing, processing payments etc.

Salary: 26-28K

Location: Hybrid working - Reigate - 3 days office, 2 days home

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours

Accounts Assistant duties:

• Reconciliation with supplier statements
• Monthly payment runs
• Handling invoice / payment queries
• Producing and sending out invoices
• Processing general journals
• Managing the supplier ledger

Skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a similar Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant type role, Accounts Payable etc
• Good IT skills and ideally have used systems such as; Netsuite, SAP, Dynamics etc
• Excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail
