Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a lovely company based in Crawley. The Accounts Assistant will be part of their Finance team assisting with invoicing, supplier statements, payments, credit control etc.
Salary: 26-28K
Location: Office based, Crawley / Gatwick
Hours: Mon-Fri - 35 hours a week
Accounts Assistant duties:
- Processing, coding and sending out invoices
- Credit control
- Processing payments and direct debits as well as weekly / monthly payment runs
- Updating systems and finance spreadsheets
- Monitor the finance inbox, responding to any accounts, invoice queries
- Dealing with suppliers / customers, handling their queries re: invoices / statements / payments etc
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant type role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience of Excel
