An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Office Administrator / PA with 2 years of experience to join awell-established financial services provider. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary Up to £25,000.

As a Office Administrator / PA, you will play a key role in supporting financial advisers, managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems.

This role offers the opportunity to pursue a CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or a Certificate in Financial Planning.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for advisers and clients.
  • Handling email correspondence and maintaining client records.
  • Managing databases, including CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Transcribing dictation and updating client records.
  • Preparing reports and financial documentation.
  • Assisting with client applications, fund switches, and investment submissions.
  • Monitoring and chasing outstanding documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate timesheets and recording time spent on tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previously worked as a Office Administrator, Finance Administrator, Financial Administrator, IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator, Financial planning Administrator or in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
  • Hold A level or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and typing skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
