Structural Engineer

Colchester

30k-35k plus benefits

We have a fabulous opportunity for a structural engineer looking to join a small firm in Colchester. The benefits of joining a smaller firm are extensive; you will work closely with the Directors, who retain a hands-on approach, and you will be involved in all aspects of a project from beginning to end.

The team works on design in all traditional materials, including steelwork, RC, timber frame and masonry, and projects range from small to large scale structures.

Our client is quite open-minded about the candidate they are seeking; they will consider graduate engineers who have at least 6 months' up to 3 years' UK experience and you are required to have a relevant degree.

You should be organised, ambitious and eager to succeed. Strong attention to detail is required, along with good communication skills.

On offer is support to gain Chartership, excellent package and hybrid working 1 or 2 days a week once you have completed your probation period.
