If you are an insurance individual looking to change careers and move into the commercial Insurance industry, then join our team as a Sales Representative! You'll provide quotes for new business and interact with clients in-branch, over the phone, and via email to achieve sales and retention targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate insurance quotes in line with carrier guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle calls and emails efficiently to convert leads.
- Validate client details and ensure compliance with underwriter requirements.
- Upsell and identify opportunities to maximise team goals.
About You
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex insurance terms.
- Knowledge of the UK insurance market, including trends and regulations.
- Organised and driven to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in broking or underwriting (Cert CII qualification is a plus).
- Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
